Well, that’s the five points. More specifically, the Little Five Points Halloween Festival & Parade.

This is one Atlanta’s, if not the nation’s, favorite Halloween parties. Located in the always fun and offbeat Five Points neighborhood, this bash will feature plenty of eclectic music, arts and some of the best costume-watching anywhere.

Live music starts at noon. The parade is at four, and the ghoulish good times will keep right on until right before the witching hour.
